David Boczar, D.C.
Dr. David Boczar, a native of Reading, Pennsylvania, holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/ Sports Medicine from Penn State University. Dr. Dave served as a physical therapy assistant and athletic trainer for the football, swimming and baseball teams from 1994-1998, during which he gained invaluable experience working with world famous athletes.
Dr. Dave earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed specialized training in chiropractic biophysics, computerized extremity adjusting, and exercise rehabilitation, at several prestigious universities around the nation. Dr. David studied with world-renowned chiropractic neurologists Dr. Fred Carrick and Dr. John Denofrio.
He and his wife Dr. Jennifer Leever own and operate Family Health Chiropractic, Inc., which specializes in the most technologically advanced chiropractic and rehabilitative care available in the South East. Dr. Dave has testified as an expert chiropractic witness, is a preferred provider on most managed care plans, and regularly participates in utilization reviews and quality assurance programs.

Jenni Leever, D.C.
Dr. Jenni Leever was born in Defiance, Ohio and attended Ohio University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dr. Leever is a graduate of Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, Georgia where she graduated with honors in 2002. Dr. Leever was conferred a fellowship from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in 2004.
Her advanced training specializes in the care and management of the pregnant patient, the positive impact of chiropractic care on the newborn, detailed information concerning vaccinations, safe x-ray applications, adjusting the handicapped child, early scoliosis detection, and non-invasive intra-uterine constraint technique. She also specializes in extremity adjusting, orthotics, and low-force computerized spinal mobilization.
She has had the honor of speaking at many seminars for Integrity Management, the largest chiropractic consulting group in the U.S., educating other chiropractors and staff on business and chiropractic principles.

Outside the Office!
Dr. Dave and Dr. Jenni welcomed a new addition to their family June 30th 2010, a healthy baby boy they named Brooks David Boczar. In their spare time Dr. Dave and Dr. Jenni happily enjoy boating, fishing, and the coastal life together. Dr. Dave loves watching football and playing with the family pets, Leroy and Bella. Dr. Jenni loves to participate in many triathlons and relax with yoga. The doctors love taking trips together and experiencing new things!
